About Tyler
Tyler began racing at the age of 5. He started out in cage karts, then moved up to junior sprints, micro sprints, outlaw karts, and modifieds. In Tyler’s seven years of racing he has earned over fifty A-Feature wins. Tyler is a humble, bright, and well-spoken young man that understands the technical side of racing and works on his own cars. He is also very gracious and is always looking to give back to his sponsors and fans. Tyler is a clean driver and understands that a respectable second place finish is better than a disrespectful win.
Tyler has partnered with the Boomer Esiason Foundation since 2016. In that time, Tyler has held fundraisers that have raised over $13,000 to fight cystic fibrosis. Tyler’s two crew members are cystic fibrosis warriors, both living with the disease.
Crew member and CF Warrior, Dan Gerdes, joined Tyler’s crew in 2019. Dan was blessed to receive a double lung transplant when cystic fibrosis seriously depleted his lung function. Dan received the gift of life from fellow racer Bryan Clauson. In honor of Bryan and Dan, we ask that everyone register to be an organ donor today!
