A Note from the Promoter
The next race night, June 17th, will be a good one. Besides the regular race night show, there will be additional A-Features because of the rain shortened program last Saturday. The Double Features will be Late Models, Stock Cars and Hobby Stocks. The Norfolk Vets Home will bring residents to the Races on the 17th. They will be accompanied by the Legion Riders. Seating and handicapped sections on the upper concourse will be reserved.
Looking ahead to our big World of Outlaws race on June 25th. This is a Sunday night and some of the biggest names in Late Model Racing will make their way to Norfolk Nebr.
Tickets are for sale online at offroadspeedway.com . $30 General Admission with kids 15 years old or under being charged $15, for presale tickets. Admission to the races on Sunday will be $35 and $20 for kids. Be aware that we can be sold out prior to race night. Also remember that OffRoad Speedway Season Tickets are not valid for the World of Outlaws show.
Additional classes for June 25th will be Hobby Stocks and Midwest Classic Stock Cars.
Monday, July 3rd will be our next special night. The admission is the same as a Regular Race night…GA is $15 and kids 15 and under are free. The Independence Day Special will entail a Draw/Redraw Night with additional pay added to the Purse. Thanks to Pettitt Plumbing, an additional $500 is added to the Stock Car purse. Additional Race and Class sponsors will be coming soon.
Thanks to Stealth Broadband there will be 300 small US flags to give away to the kids. Stealth also sponsored the purchase of new US and Checkered flags for the race track.
A Fireworks show is planned after the races. Sponsored by OffRoad Speedway, Clausen Air and Appliance EMT. So be sure to thank them and all our sponsors for not only the Independence Day Special but everything they do to help make Norfolk Area Racing a success.
